- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Familiar with social media such as Youtube, Instragram, Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, Tiktok etc
- Having strong networks of good quality KOL, and influencers
- Responsible for the brand image presentation and account operation performance of social media accounts in-line with our brand personality
- Familiar and able to use Social Media Advertising including Google search console (Pixl-FB)
- Familiar for Socmed KPI : Brand Awareness, Engagement, and Conversions
- Familiar with Free Tools Social Analizing such as Google Analytics, Like alyzer or Spark Toro
- Communicate and cooperate with coss functional teams to ensure that Social Media content is consistent with marketing & communication strategies
- Build & execute social media content strategy, through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Capable of using copywriting techniques to tell stories to customers
- Answering and resolve customers questions and complains in company social media
- Having initiative to produce innovative content like podcast or conduct online event (webinars etc)
- Knowledgeable with email marketing and other methods for reaching out to customers
- Know how to use at least one design program, such as Canva or Video Editor
- Recognize and be able to communicate in simple English
- Able to join immediately
