Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Specialist, located in Tanah Abang. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, running digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. Key responsibilities include strategizing engagement initiatives, monitoring trends, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize and grow the online presence of our clients. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with branding goals is also an essential part of this role. Qualifications Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing and integrated marketing strategies Strong Marketing knowledge with a focus on brand development and audience engagement Excellent Communication skills for social media engagement and cross-team collaboration Strong organizational skills and ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting Familiarity with analytics tools to measure campaign performance is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
