We believe every frame should tell a story, whether it’s a still image or a 4K sequence. We are looking for a Content Creator Intern who lives and breathes digital storytelling to help us showcase our work and the chaotic, creative world behind the scenes.

Job Description

What You’ll Do

Vertical Video Mastery: Ideate, film, and edit engaging short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

The "Behind-the-Lens" Story: Support longer-form YouTube content, including high-energy BTS, vlogs, and "Day in the Life" edits of our shoots.

Precision Editing: Edit with strong pacing, humor, and engagement hooks that stop the scroll.

On-Site Production: Assist at events to take photos and shoot raw short-form video footage.

Trend Hunting: Stay updated on local and global trends, viral audio, and platform algorithm updates.

Multi-Channel Management: Support multiple creator accounts across comedy, lifestyle, fashion, and dance.

Creative Lab: Contribute "wildcard" ideas and experiment with new formats to keep our brand fresh.

What We’re Looking For

The Funny Factor: A strong sense of humor and a natural instinct for what makes content relatable and shareable.

Editing Skills: Proficient in CapCut (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut is a major bonus).

Visual Eye: A good understanding of framing, composition, and visual storytelling

Algorithm Fluency: Understanding of short-form structure (hooks, retention peaks, and pacing).

Long-Form Capability: Comfortable stitching together slightly longer YouTube content (BTS/Vlogs).

Vibe Check: Self-driven, organized, and genuinely excited to create content rather than just "clocking in."
