Job Scope:

Oversee full project management, including planning, design, and execution.

Manage all on-site operations, including costing, contract administration, delivery coordination, and project progress to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Coordinate with contractors and various trades to ensure workmanship, timelines, technical requirements, and safety standards meet statutory and client expectations.

Prepare tender documents, quotations, and drawings.

Review and analyze drawings, regulatory requirements, and tender specifications.

Liaise with clients on project matters and follow up on potential new projects.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing interior design or related design projects.

Strong leadership, organizational, and planning abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Willingness to work after office hours and perform under pressure to meet project deadlines.
