Your responsibilities :

• Greet and welcome customers

• Answer customer questions and provide information about products and services

• Share product knowledge with customers and make recommendations

• Process financial transactions and payments

• Maintain a clean and tidy sales environment

• Assist with inventory

• Handle refunds and returns

• Handle customer complaints

• Create a positive customer experience and work environment

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in retail sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (no passive English, please)

• Proficiency in using computer software and POS systems

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to work as part of a team

• Strong multitasking skills
