Job Scope
- Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and process payments (cash/POS/e-wallets)
- Prepare and serve food & beverages according to SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, dining area, and equipment
- Handle customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
- Follow food hygiene, safety, and company policies
- Support opening/closing duties as assigned
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
