Job description for Senior Specialist, AI at Best World International
Job Responsibilities
1. AI Development & Operations
- Assisting the ISD Dept to design, develop, and deploy AI models and applications
- Participate in the training, testing, and fine-tuning of machine learning models and LLMs
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed AI models (e.g., accuracy, latency, hallucinations)
- Responsible for evaluating logs and outputs of various AI tools and APIs daily
- Assist in periodic model evaluations, prompt optimizations, and data quality checks
- Monitor and report any model drift, biases, or performance degradation
- Generate reports based on AI model performance and data insights
2. AI Governance & Data Compliance
- Identification of AI biases, ethical risks, and data privacy concerns
- Participation in annual risk assessments from an AI and data usage perspective
3. AI Model Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Assist relevant key stakeholders in troubleshooting AI system errors or anomalies
- Provide basic level assistance during system downtimes or integration issues
- Generate reports based on troubleshooting information gathered
4. AI Projects
- Assist the ISD Dept in implementing new AI initiatives and automation projects of various sizes
- Participate and execute required project tasks
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent.
- Keen eye for detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Good Knowledge in programming languages (e.g.,Python) and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI API).
- Positive working attitude with good communication and written skills.
- Professional Industry Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer, etc) will be a plus.
