We are an independent fine jewelry boutique located in the heart of Orchard Road. Catering to a premier clientele, specializing in exquisite statement pieces and bespoke creations. We are looking for an entrepreneurial relationship builder and storyteller. In our boutique, success is not driven by brand logos; it is driven by you. You will succeed here if you love independent clienteling, long-term relationship cultivation, and have a deep passion for fine jewelry craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Represent DEJADE as a brand ambassador, delivering refined, personalised service

Actively build, maintain, and leverage your own personal VIP client book through private invitations, personalized previews, and thoughtful follow-ups (WhatsApp, private viewings).

Work closely with clients and our design/craftsmanship team to facilitate custom-made, bespoke jewelry orders from initial concept to final delivery.

As part of a boutique team, share ownership of daily boutique operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, administrative tracking, and keeping the boutique pristine.

Educate clients on gemstone quality, origin, and design intricacies, transforming transactions into unforgettable luxury experiences.

What We Are Looking For

Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience specifically within an independent fine jewelry boutique, local luxury jeweler, or independent high-end fashion.

Fluent in English and Mandarin.

Demonstrated ability to independently nurture local customers and tourists with long sales cycles.

Strong understanding of fine jewelry materials, precious stones, and diamonds.

Polished presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills suited for Orchard Road’s discerning shoppers.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Sales

Lead, coach, and motivate the store sales team

Support store performance, daily targets, and operational excellence

Mentor junior staff and uphold service standards

Assist with stock control, reporting, and merchandising execution
