Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor/Building or equivalent experience in Building Construction firm.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Quantity Estimating/ Surveying Works in building construction firm.

· PC Literate (MS word / Excel).

· Self-motivated and able to work independently.

. Experience in Cubicost 5D BIM Cost (Gloden) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all works related to Quantity Surveyor duties.

· Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, developers or project’s team.

· Attend meetings - Site meeting/visit, Tender interview.

· Taking off quantities, sourcing sub-contractors & suppliers and pricing comparison.

· Evaluate Main Contract/ Sub-Contract works.

· Tendering and project documents administration.

· Any ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
