Responsibilitits:

Provide guidance and coaching to junior Quantity Surveyors

Prepare and review cost estimates, tendering & budgeting

Manage subcontractor sourcing and evaluation

Handle contract administration, claims & variations

Monitor project cash flow and financial performance

Prepare interim valuations and final accounts

Certify subcontractors’ progress payments

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management

Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (preferably in LTA projects
