About the role

PT China Construction Yangtze River Indonesia is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor for a new Data Centre facility in Cikarang Pusat, West Java.

What you'll be doing

Responsible for settlement quantity reconciliation;

Responsible for procurement bidding comparison and price evaluation;

Follow up with local suppliers for quotations and monitor subsequent material delivery to site.

What we're looking for

Fluent in English.

Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.

Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.

Strong technical knowledge of Quantity Surveyor in construction.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in using project management software and tools.

Relevant degree or professional certification in construction management or a related field.

Can join as soon as possible.

Willing to be placed in Cikarang (West Java).

Willing to work on Saturday (half day).
