Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day civil and structural works on-site.

Ensure construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to resolve technical and construction issues.

Review and interpret structural drawings, and provide technical guidance to site personnel.

Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed on schedule.

Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.

Check rebar works, formwork, concreting, and other structural activities prior to inspections.

Liaise with consultants and relevant authorities for site inspections and approvals.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and proper implementation of safe work procedures.

Prepare site reports, progress updates, and maintain proper documentation.

Assist in resolving site discrepancies, technical issues, and design changes.

Perform any other duties as assigned by superior.

Requirements

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site experience in building and infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and structural works.

Ability to read and interpret construction and structural drawings accurately.

Familiar with Singapore building codes, standards, and site practices.

Good coordination and communication skills with multiple stakeholders.

Hands-on, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced site environment.

Working Location:

Initially based at the West office.

Will be deployed full-time to the Bayfront site office upon project commencement.
