As part of the Sector Landscape Review Programme Office team, you will play a pivotal role to review and co-drive the planning of the community care sector together with Ministry of Health (MOH) and the Sector, and develop/shape strategies to achieve AIC's objectives for the aging population.
- Lead the work with MOH and relevant stakeholders to develop and implement plans as well as build partnerships within Community Care Sector to achieve coordinated care for the seniors and anchor care within the community. This includes the funding design and how to create incentives that drive desired behaviours/outcomes, and to develop evaluation plan.
- Drive the transformation of sector which includes the planning and conceptualisation of the future Community Care Sector
- Establish and manage team and partnerships with relevant stakeholders for data collection, tracking and analysis to recommend initiatives/measures to support the needs and development of the Community Care Sector
- Contribute to the overall planning and development of the key workstreams under the Programme Office, and to ensure alignment with policy objectives
- Support secretariat duties for key meeting platforms
Job Requirements
- A recognised degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably with prior experience in strategy/policy development and/or community care sector, or familiar with national healthcare/long-term care related policies.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with effective interpersonal, stakeholder management, and written communication abilities
- Able to work well independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic environments; capable of managing multiple projects concurrently
- Comfortable with ambiguity and demonstrates flexibility in navigating evolving situations
- Good working knowledge of project and programme management, including data reporting and analysis
