Inventory Operations & Control

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all inventory across warehouse sites

Oversee and monitor product movements including receiving, storage, and dispatch

Lead investigations into stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions

Manage cycle counts, wall-to-wall stock takes, and reconciliation processes

Maintain and optimize WMS data accuracy and reporting

Process Improvement & Performance

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency

Review, develop, and implement SOPs aligned with business and customer requirements

Monitor and deliver site KPIs, identifying opportunities for cost reduction without compromising service levels

Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures

Planning & Coordination

Support inventory planning and forecasting activities

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (operations, customer service) and clients on inventory-related matters

Ensure resource planning aligns with service level agreements (SLAs)

Facilitate effective communication of inventory discrepancies and operational updates
