About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Senior HR Executive to join ATT Group.
This is a Singapore-facing HR role focused on supporting managers and employees on people matters, employee engagement, performance processes, employee relations support, and HR initiatives.
Working alongside an offshore HR shared services team that manages backend HR operations and administrative execution, this role focuses on business-facing HR support, stakeholder coordination, and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
People Advisory & Business Support
Work closely with managers and employees on day-to-day people matters and HR support
Provide first-line support on employee relations matters, attendance, conduct, performance discussions, and employee concerns
Support managers on workforce movements, people matters, and employee-related decisions
Escalate sensitive or complex employee matters where appropriate
Performance, Talent & People Initiatives
Support performance discussions, probation and confirmation conversations, and manager follow-up
Contribute to talent development, people capability, and competency-related initiatives
Support workforce planning activities and people-related HR initiatives
Employee Engagement & Organisational Support
Drive employee engagement activities, culture-building initiatives, employee communications, and employee experience programmes
Support retention initiatives and organisational people programmes
Contribute to HR projects and business-facing HR activities as required
Local HR Compliance
Support Singapore-based HR matters requiring local coordination, including work pass administration oversight, CPF coordination, payroll bank file submission, and compliance-related HR support
Ensure alignment with Singapore employment regulations, MOM requirements, and internal HR policies
Partner closely with the offshore HR shared services team to ensure smooth HR operational execution
Key Requirements
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
3–6 years of HR generalist experience in Singapore
Experience in employee relations support, employee engagement, performance management support, and people-facing HR activities
Exposure to talent, capability, or competency-related initiatives will be an advantage
Good understanding of Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, work pass administration, and CPF processes
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
