Job description for Senior Executive, Leasing & Marketing at Amara Hotels & Resorts
Responsibilities:
Leasing: Source/secure retail & office tenants, negotiate leases, managed LOOs/TAs, handle renewals & casual leasing
Tenant Management: Onboard tenants, monitor sales/GTO via POS; track rental payments & arrears, maintain records
Analytics: Run lease performance monitoring, rental analysis, forecasting & management reports
Marketing: Drive Atrium/Pop-Up Leasing, support campaigns & events, liaise with agencies, track footfall/sales impact
Stakeholder Coordinator: Work with legal, finance, operations, agents & tenants on compliance and promotions
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or equivalent
Min 2 years in retail and office leasing & marketing
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, POS & lease management systems
Meticulous and able to multi task and work under tight deadlines
A good team player with a positive and independent mindset
