As a Senior Executive, Facilities Operations, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Oversee and manage infrastructure and facilities across polyclinics to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient clinic operations

Lead facility upgrade, renovation, and improvement projects in alignment with organizational objectives

Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and patient experience

Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and medical gas systems

Ensure timely resolution of facility-related issues to minimize operational disruptions

Conduct routine inspections and audits to maintain healthcare environmental standards

Plan, coordinate, and execute facility upgrade, renovation, and improvement projects

Ensure compliance with licensing requirements, safety regulations, and healthcare operational standards

Support audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions to relevant authorities

Investigate incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures

Develop project scopes, feasibility studies, budgets, and implementation timelines

Support procurement activities including tender preparation, evaluation, and vendor appointment

Manage contractors and consultants to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards

Ensure compliance with healthcare facility standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements

Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and oversee defects rectification

Prepare and manage budgets for maintenance, capital expenditure, and improvement projects

Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, consultants, and regulatory agencies

Lead and manage the team to foster a positive and collaborative work environment

Any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

Possess a recognised degree in facilities management or equivalent
