Job description for Senior Drafter at Aston Air Control Pte Ltd
- Prepare ACMV BIM models, shop drawings, and construction drawings using BIM software
- Develop detailed ducting, piping, and ACMV system layouts in accordance with project requirements
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams on drawing submissions and technical coordination
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with other M&E and architectural disciplines
- Update and maintain as-built drawings and BIM documentation
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, Singapore standards, and authority requirements
- Support modular / DfMA-related coordination and prefabrication workflows where applicable
- Attend coordination meetings when required
