We are a growing co-living operator in Singapore, providing fully furnished accommodation for working professionals and students across multiple residential properties.
As our portfolio continues to expand, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Co-Living Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day operations and help drive operational excellence across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating multiple stakeholders, improving operational systems, and taking ownership of outcomes.
Job Summary
The Senior Co-Living Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations across the Company's co-living portfolio, ensuring a high standard of service, operational efficiency, and resident experience.
This role covers maintenance coordination, contractor management, cleaning operations, quality control, resident support, move-in and move-out coordination, inspections, operational reporting, and process improvement.
This is not an administrative support role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through on outstanding matters, proactively communicates updates, and ensures issues are properly resolved without requiring constant supervision.
The successful candidate will play a key role in building systems, improving operational standards, and supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Co-Living Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple residential properties
Ensure operational standards are consistently maintained
Conduct periodic property inspections
Monitor room readiness and overall property conditions
Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
Maintain a high standard of resident experience across the portfolio
Repairs & Maintenance
Manage repair and maintenance requests
Coordinate contractors and service providers
Obtain quotations and arrange repair works
Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion
Follow up on outstanding maintenance matters
Ensure stakeholders are updated on repair progress and completion
Maintain maintenance trackers and operational records
Cleaning Operations & Quality Control
Coordinate turnover cleaning and routine housekeeping operations across the portfolio
Supervise cleaners and monitor work performance
Conduct random spot checks on completed cleaning works
Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure company standards are met
Review cleaning reports and supporting photographs
Arrange re-cleaning where required
Monitor cleaner attendance, punctuality, and work quality
Ensure rooms are properly prepared before resident move-ins
Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and operational consumables
Move-In & Move-Out Coordination
Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs
Arrange room inspections and handovers
Coordinate cleaning, repairs, and room preparation works
Ensure rooms are ready before scheduled move-ins
Maintain move-in and move-out schedules
Ensure smooth onboarding and exit processes
Resident Support
Handle resident operational enquiries and escalations
Follow up on resident requests, feedback, and complaints
Coordinate solutions with contractors and service providers
Ensure issues are properly tracked and resolved
Maintain positive resident relationships and service standards
Operations Reporting & Process Improvement
Maintain maintenance, occupancy, and operations trackers
Prepare daily operations updates and weekly summaries
Monitor outstanding matters and follow up proactively
Escalate significant operational issues where necessary
Assist in developing and improving operational SOPs
Identify recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions
Support operational scalability as the business continues to grow
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant operations experience
Experience in co-living, hospitality, serviced apartments, student accommodation, hotel operations, facilities management, property operations, or related industries preferred
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent follow-up and communication abilities
Experience managing contractors, cleaners, and service providers
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Proficient in Google Workspace, spreadsheets, and digital communication tools

Salary & Benefits
Fixed monthly salary: S$4,500 – S$5,000

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 6:00pm
The role may require occasional site visits, inspections, contractor coordination, move-ins, move-outs, or operational support outside normal office hours when required.
