FULL-TIME MATCHARISTA

We're Looking for a passionate Matcharista to join our team!

If you're someone who loves connecting with people and has a passion for all things matcha, this could be your dream job.

General Qualifications:

• Minimum Education : High School diploma or equivalent.

• Experience : Having experience with Matcha field is preferred, but previous work in food and beverage or customer service is a plus.

• Communication Skills: Fluent in English both written and spoken clearly and warmly with customers.

• Teamwork : Team Player who's willing to learn and grow with us and support fellow employees.

• Flexible Schedule : Able to work full-time including weekends and holidays, and be punctual and realiable

• Location : Domiciled in Canggu, Pererenan, Dalung, Umalas, Padangsambian, Kerobokan, Kuta is preferred.

Technical Qualifications:

• Basic Matcha Knowledge : A basic understanding of different matcha grades or Japanese tea culture is a plus, but training will be provided

• Experience as a barista (how to operating an espresso machine) or working in a tea-focused café

• Cleanliness : Understanding the importance of cleanliness and sanitation in a work environmennt, particularly in food and beverage preparation areas.

• Willingness to Learn : Open to learning new techniques and accepting feedback.

• Efficiency and Accuracy : Able to work efficiently and accurately, especially during peak hours.

• Positive Attitude : Maintain a positive and enthusiastic demeanor when interacting with customers and team members.
