Job description for Senior /Assistant Manager, Research Office Admin (Contract) at Changi General Hospital
You will provide administrative and operational support to Changi General Hospital research community in research grant administration, ethics-regulatory-compliance matters, collation and reporting of research key performance indicators.
Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for performing or supporting the various roles in Research Office (RO), including but not limited to:
· Feasibility studies management
· Ethics and regulatory submissions
· Research agreement review (including non-disclosure agreements)
· Grant management
· Quality management
· Report collation and submissions
· Secretariat and administrative duties
· Other essential office/clinic tasks as may be assigned
You shall perform your roles professionally in compliance with internal and cluster policies, SOPs, work instructions and regulations governing clinical research in Singapore.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in science or related field
· Knowledge of research legislation and regulations will be advantageous
· Strong proficiency in MS Office
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Good interpersonal and supervisory skills
· Independent and proactive with strong analytical skills
· Meticulous and able to multitask
