  • Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,000,000 per bulan

Job Description :

Assisting the executive in daily & personal matters

Schedule and maintain calender of appointments

Filling documents and making or saving report management

Assist in planning and preparation of meeting, travel

Other administrative secretary activities

Who we need :

Minimum5 years of experience in the related field

Proficiency in English (Verbal and Written) also Computer literate

Communicative, High Initiative and Interpersonal skill

Quick and detail, able to work under pressure andfamiliar with secretarial tasks

Able to handle multiple tasks and projects
