Job Description:
- Plan designs, prepare specifications, and review the readiness of working drawings and planning documents for both tender and construction execution purposes
- Evaluate the progress of design development from external parties to ensure alignment with targets and quality standards
- Prepare preliminary design drawings as a basis for the development of mass housing working drawings
- Review design drawings/working drawings to ensure compliance with required specifications
- Conceptualize and coordinate with 3D model, 3D image, and video animation teams for promotional and marketing needs
- Assist in developing innovative design ideas and concepts for projects
