PT Geluran Adikarya produces various types of product which mainly in pressure vessel and transport and storage tank. With the company’s vision of being a world class company in mechanical equipment manufacture, we are continuously learning to create better quality products in each production so that we can meet customer specification and expectation towards every product.

Now, we are looking for Secretary (Director Secretary) :
Responsibilities:
Calendar management: Maintaining BOD's calendar, booking meetings, and arranging travel
Communication: Handling incoming calls and emails, and responding professionally
Administrative tasks: Organizing office supplies, booking conference rooms, and managing the logistics of the BOD office
Document preparation: Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Expense management: Preparing monthly expense reports
Liaison: Acting as a liaison for BOD, communicating with staff and clients, and providing cover for reception duties
Travel arrangements: Working closely to coordinate schedules, manage bookings and assist on the preparation of travel documents for BOD and staffs
Special projects: assisting with special projects as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Proven experience as an executive secretary or administrative assistant at least 3 years.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and other relevant office software.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Willing to be placed at Sidoarjo and Surabaya
