Secretary / Accounting Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time)
We are currently looking for a Secretary / Accounting Assistant to support a real estate development project in Sumba. This role will be based in Batu Belig, Bali, and is suitable for someone who is organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple administrative and accounting tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide general secretarial and administrative support
· Assist with basic accounting and bookkeeping tasks
· Monitor and record bank transactions
· Ensure proper allocation and documentation of financial transactions
· Maintain organized records and documents
· Assist with project-related administrative tasks
· Coordinate with internal and external parties when required
Requirements:
· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience in administration, secretarial, or accounting support
· Basic knowledge of accounting or bookkeeping
· Able to track and record bank transactions accurately
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently
· Good attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
