BARISTA & SALES SUPPORT (FULL TIME) BALI

REQUIREMENTS

Experience as a Barista or in Food & Beverage/Retail Sales is preferred.

Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and espresso machines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.

Willingness to work mobile/travel based on customer needs, including weekend and holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to company standards.

Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of drinks.

Operate and maintain coffee machines and other equipment properly.

Follow health and safety regulations in beverage preparation and food handling.

Handle customer complaints and inquiries with a positive attitude.

Assist in promoting new products and special offers to increase sales.

Actively engage with customers to upsell and cross-sell beverages, merchandise, or coffee beans.

Support in-store marketing and visual merchandising activities.

Monitor and report stock levels of coffee, milk, and other supplies.

Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and business goals.

Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and skills.
