Job description for Sales Support Co-ordinator at City Energy
Key responsibilities:
Act as a central liaison between internal teams and external partners to co-ordinate sales enablement, onboarding, and partner engagement activities
Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders
Ensure smooth execution of schedules and handle any changes or updates efficiently
Address and resolve queries or complaints professionally
Build positive relationships with customers and partners through excellent service
Work with datasets to analyse trends and improve operational efficiency, to support decision-making and reporting
Assist in the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs, including rendering support in roadshows
Prepare reports and insights to support sales and customer service improvements
Support continuous improvement of sales channel processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency and partner satisfaction
Pre-requisites:
Diploma in any field
Experience in sales support or customer service preferred
Meticulous, proactive and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficient in MS Office applications
The successful candidate will be based at 26 Senoko Avenue. Company shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off point at Sembawang MRT station.
