About the Role
We are hiring a dedicated Sales Representative to drive growth for our exclusive third-party distribution portfolio.
This is an outdoor, field-based role focused on building strong relationships and expanding sales across General Trade channels, including but not limited to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) shops, minimarts, and florists.

Key Responsibilities
1. Account Management & Territory Development
Service existing customers while actively identifying and opening new accounts
Build strong relationships with General Trade channels (Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) shops, minimarts, florists, etc.)
Plan and execute efficient daily call routes to maximise productivity
2. Sales & Business Growth
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets through effective product selling and upselling
Expand product listings and increase shelf presence within existing accounts
3. In-Store Execution
Ensure excellent merchandising standards including:
Shelf display
Chiller display
POSM visibility
Maintain strong product availability, avoid out-of-stock situations, support product exchanges
4. Collections & Account Receivables
Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) including timely follow-ups and collections
Ensure good payment discipline across assigned accounts
5. Market Intelligence
Monitor competitors’ pricing, promotions, and new product launches
Provide ground feedback to improve sales strategies
6. Operations & Reporting
Prepare accurate sales reports and updates
Support operational needs such as:
Pricing updates
Product exchanges
Festive in-store promotions and activations
Volunteering for in store festive sales period
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or it's equivalent
At least 1 year of outdoor field sales experience (FMCG or General Trade preferred)
Self-driven, results-oriented and able to work independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Good time management and route planning ability
Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle
