About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Sales/Marketing professional to join our dynamic team at PT. Hexa Central Chemindo'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our market presence in the Tangerang, Banten area. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

Conduct market research to gather intelligence on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to secure new business

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience

Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall marketing initiatives

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of sales and marketing efforts

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in sales and/or business development roles, preferably within the Penjualan / Pengembangan Bisnis Baru industry

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients at all levels

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and technologies

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
