About the role

QMPP (QINGDA MASPION PAPER PRODUCTS) is seeking a talented Sales Marketing (Mandarin Speaker) to join our team in Sidoarjo East Java. As a full-time sales professional, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by developing and maintaining relationships with our valued customers. Your strong Mandarin language skills will be a key asset in engaging with our Chinese-speaking client base.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the target market

Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service

Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for the company and our clients

Assist in the development and implementation of effective sales strategies and campaigns

Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and pipeline

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

What we're looking for

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the Sales industry and Sales Representatives/Consultants sub-industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Fluency in both Mandarin and English languages

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with industry trends and best practices
