Key Responsibilities
Attend to assigned renovation and interior design sales enquiries
Meet prospective clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle needs, budget, and design preferences
Propose practical and aesthetically pleasing space planning, material selections, and design concepts
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations professionally
Follow up closely with clients and convert leads into confirmed projects
Manage renovation projects from sales confirmation to completion and handover
Coordinate project timelines, workflow schedules, contractors, and suppliers
Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and design execution
Ensure projects are completed smoothly, on time, and to client satisfaction
Maintain professional communication through calls, WhatsApp, and email correspondence
Build strong client relationships and deliver a positive customer experience throughout the renovation journey
Requirements
Preferably with experience in interior design, renovation sales, or related sales roles
Candidates with strong sales experience and interest in interior design are welcome to apply
NITEC, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but applicants without formal qualifications are also welcome
Familiarity with SketchUp, AutoCAD, Photoshop, or related design software is an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Self-driven, results-oriented, and motivated to succeed in a sales environment
Able to multitask, manage timelines, and handle multiple projects
