Job Description Sales of weaving machines, specifically Water Jet Looms and Air Jet Looms, to the textile industry (B2B). Seek and manage new customer prospects and maintain relationships with existing customers. Conduct visits, product presentations, and presentations to potential customers. Provide consultations on machine specifications, production capacity, and operational efficiency. Prepare price quotes, negotiate, and close sales. Coordinate with the technical team for installation, training, and after-sales support. Follow up on prospects and ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. Prepare regular sales and activity reports. Set sales targets. Job Requirements Minimum education: Diploma 3/Bachelor's degree (preferably in Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field). Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a B2B Sales Executive, preferably in industrial machinery or textiles. Understanding the basics of the weaving process is a plus. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and accustomed to working with KPIs. Able to build long-term relationships with customers. Willing to travel outside the city/industrial area on business. Having a private vehicle and a valid driver's license is a plus. Able to work independently and within tight deadlines. High initiative, proactive, and good problem-solving skills.
