Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries and orders for spare parts and services of heavy industrial equipment including renewal of Lifting Equipment Certification.

Prepare Quotation and follow up parts and service requests in a timely manner.

Liaise with internal departments on parts and services availability and schedules.

Maintain accurate records in the system.

Support intercompany enquiries of parts, damage claim cost and related matters.

Requirements:

Diploma; technical background is an advantage.

At least one year of experience in sales, parts, service coordination or after-sales support (industrial or equipment industry preferred).

Effective coordination skills.

Good communication in English and Mandarin as need to serve Mandarin speaking customer.

Detail-oriented, organized and able to multitask.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Must possess valid class 3 driving license.

08:30 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday

08:30 to 17:00 Friday
