Salary: $3000 - $4000 (+ commissions)
- Manage and grow end-to-end relationships with assigned key accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across different channels such as hospitals, clinics, confinement centres, childcare centres, and corporate gifting or wellness programmes.
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, listing fees, and shelf placement.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute in-store promotions, sampling activities, and seasonal campaigns.
- Drive distribution and visibility for new product launches, including baby food and nutrition products.
- Coordinate closely with marketing, supply chain, and operations teams.
- Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, manage stock levels, and manage demand forecasting.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and infant food marketing guidelines.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in baby food or FMCG sectors.
- Experience in child-related products will be an advantage.
- Proven track record in managing retail chains and key accounts.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
