About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join the team at Memories Of Life Pte. Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building lasting relationships with customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial part in achieving our ambitious growth targets.

What you'll be doing

Identifying and prospecting new sales leads within your designated territory

Arranging and conducting in-person meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services

Providing excellent customer service and addressing any questions or concerns

Negotiating and closing sales contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction

Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities

Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies

Attending relevant industry events and networking to expand our customer base

What we're looking for

1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role, ideally within the sales industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using CRM software

A self-motivated and resilient approach to sales, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
