Job description for Sales Executive at Samsung SDS

Responsibilities

  • Responsible as Sales Representative to propose company’s products, services & solutions to the internal clients (Samsung Group) in South East Asia region and to maintain & strengthen the relationship
  • Find sales leads& biz opportunities by coordinating with delivery (technical) teams
  • Process end-to-end sales activities such as proposal, quotation, negotiation, contract and overall project management
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal departments (delivery teams, procurement, operations, finance, legal, etc) and headquarters to accelerate sales to achieve set KPIs
  • Resolve issues and provide seamless customer experience on perspective of sales cycle
  • Track and report monthly sales/ revenue figures through regular meetings with management and department team leaders
  • Assist in market research and proposals for potential business opportunities, when needed

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Sales & Business Development in IT industry, especially in IT Infrastructure (Digital Marketing, RPA, ERP, and MSP)
  • Basic knowledge in IT technology (Digital Marketing, RPA, ERP, and MSP)
  • Possess analytical skills and good in numbers
  • Prior experience in contract management preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Power Point and Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and a team-player
  • Able to work efficiently and multi-task with minimum supervision
