Job description for Sales Executive at Anjels Pte Ltd

Job Summary

Actively prospect, identify, and acquire new clients for REDNOTE (Xiaohongshu) digital marketing solutions and DOOH platform by understanding clients’ business goals and proposing customized sales packages. Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and decision-makers to drive campaign success and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand client base
  • Analyze clients’ business objectives to design and propose tailored sales packages that meet their marketing needs
  • Develop and sustain productive relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers to foster long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to coordinate campaign execution and ensure client satisfaction
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to consistently meet or exceed established targets

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in media sales to effectively navigate client acquisition and retention
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate value propositions and influence stakeholders
  • Passion for media and marketing to drive enthusiasm and insight in client engagements
  • Self-motivated and mature approach to managing responsibilities and achieving results independently
