Responsibilities:
Achieving sales targets through relationship selling and product knowledge.
Drive sales growth among existing and prospective customers.
Expanding into new clientele and export markets.
Exercise good judgment and sensibility in client interactions, negotiations, and deal closures.
Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and presentations with sound commercial judgement.
Attending at customers' feedback through technical understanding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer records, sales activities, and opportunities.
Coordinate with the logistics, operations, and finance departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and on-time delivery and payment collection.
Requirements:
Ability to work and learn independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Able to travel overseas for work occasionally.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with a CRM system is a plus.
