Job description for Sales Executive at SHOLIN LESTARI INDONESIA
Achieve and exceed the assigned annual sales target.
Develop, establish, and strengthen PT Sholin Lestari Indonesia distributor and sales network to ensure sufficient market coverage.
Manage and support distributors in forecasting, order collection, project follow-up, and business development according to sales targets and business plans.
Identify key opportunities and participate in the full sales cycle, including lead generation, tender follow-up, product presentation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales coordination.
Maintain strong market intelligence, including competitor analysis, pricing trends, Pipe demand, and project opportunities in the assigned region.
Assist distributors and internal teams in handling payment collection, customer complaints, product feedback, and issue escalation.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, funnel updates, territory reports, and business development strategies for management review.
Qualification
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Pipe industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers.
• Energetic and passionate independent.
• Proficiency in English communication.
