Job description for Sales Executive - Protective Coating at Nippon Paint
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably from Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, especially in chemical, construction, or protective coating industries.
Familiarity with protective coating products and field applications will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other digital tools.
Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Willing to travel for business visits within assigned areas.
Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, including revenue and contribution margin goals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients across East Java and Eastern Indonesia areas.
Collaborate closely with technical, logistics, finance, and related departments to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
