About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at W. Atelier. As a Sales Executive in our Sanitary Project department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and generating new business opportunities within the sanitary project sales department. This full-time position is based in the Bukit Merah Central Region and offers a competitive remuneration package as well as opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads, focusing on project-based opportunities within the commercial, and hospitality sectors

Conduct client meetings and listen to their wishes and concerns to evaluate the client's needs

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, and project managers

Cultivate strong product knowledge to confidently provide accurate solutions

Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documentation

Maintain a high level of after-sales service to all valued clients

What we're looking for

At least 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the interior design, furniture, sanitary ware related industries

Proven track record of successfully identifying, pursuing, and closing project-based sales opportunities

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively pitch products and services to a wide range of clients

Strong negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach to sales

Familiarity with the local and regional interior design and construction industry, including key stakeholders and decision-makers

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
