Job Descriptions :
Proactively identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential and existing customers to generate sales opportunities.
Understand customer needs and requirements through active communication and offer tailored product solutions.
Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.
Lead negotiations with customers to close deals and process purchase orders efficiently.
Utilize CRM tools daily to manage customer information, sales activities, and follow-ups.
Track and regularly report on sales performance and target achievements.
Proactively identify, prospect, and approach new customers through canvassing, cold calling, networking, and market visits to generate new business opportunities.
Actively hunt for new leads and convert prospects into customers to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both potential and existing customers to drive repeat business.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from any major; graduates from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00 are preferred.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Able to demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge during client interactions.
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in similar industries such as label printing, packaging, or related fields, and having an B2B customer database (FMCG, national, and multinational companies).
Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets.
Familiarity and proficiency with CRM systems.
Possess a valid SIM A driving license.
Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
