The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive or Sales Manager to drive our B2B growth in Singapore. This is a dynamic role that combines strategic business development with hands-on project management. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their furniture solutions are executed perfectly from initial concept to final installation.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and secure new B2B opportunities across commercial, office, and institutional sectors.
End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating between clients and our production team.
On-Site Coordination: Conduct site visits for measurements, progress updates, and installation supervision to ensure all works align with client expectations.
Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and provide professional consultations on product materials, spatial planning, and customized designs.
Stakeholder Liaison: Maintain strong relationships with interior designers, contractors, and corporate decision-makers.
Requirements
Experience: 1–2 years for Executive; 3–5+ years for Manager (Experience in Furniture, Interior Design, or Construction is highly preferred).
On-Site Capability: Comfortable working on-site and coordinating with contractors/installers in a fast-paced environment.
Skills: Strong negotiation and project coordination skills. Ability to read spatial floor plans and technical drawings is a plus.
Language: Proficiency in English. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage to facilitate communication with our China manufacturing facility.
Travel: Willingness to travel to our headquarters and factory in China for product training and quality inspections.
