Responsibilities:

Develop and grow new business opportunities

Engage customers to understand business needs and propose suitable solutions

Manage the sales process and contribute to revenue growth

Work closely with internal teams to support solution delivery

Requirements:

Experience in software, ERP, or IT solution sales preferred

Strong communication, relationship‑building, and problem‑solving skills

Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment

Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to think creatively

Business-level English required for client and stakeholder communication; Japanese language skills are an advantage due to the need to engage with stakeholders from within.
