We’re growing and looking for talented individuals to join our Sales Department in several positions:

Sales Director – Jakarta

Sales (Mandarin Speaking) – Jakarta

Sr. Account Executive – Jakarta

Account Relation – Jakarta

Sr. Agency Relation – Jakarta

Account Executive – Surabaya

🌟 What You’ll Do

Act as a trusted consultant by providing clients with ideas & solutions tailored to their needs

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

Present new products and creative opportunities to prospective clients

Provide professional after-sales support to strengthen customer loyalty

Record customer information and activity in CRM system

Negotiate agreements and maintain records of sales and data

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth campaign execution

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in successfully meeting sales targets

Excellent selling, communication & negotiation skills

Proficient in English

Fluency in Mandarin is required for Sales Mandarin Speaking

A consultative approach with strong client-facing skills

Solid business acumen & ability to give strategic recommendations

Growth mindset with openness to feedback

A strong customer success mindset
