Responsibilities: 

Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.

Manage urgent calls, emails, and messages from existing customers when Sales Representatives are unavailable.

Process incoming orders in coordination with sales representatives by verifying pricing, discounts, product codes, and stock availability before creating sales orders.

Assist walk-in customers when the marketing team is occupied.

Update the commercial team on sales revenue using data supplied by the accounts department.

Prepare and issue quotations.

Requirements:

Diploma in Business Management or any related fields.

Minimum 2 year of sales support experience.

Excellent communication and presentation skills
