Responsibilities:
General
This role is Remote/ work from home basis
Business Development & Lead Generation
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
Conduct research on target clients and industries to identify potential opportunities
Actively perform cold outreach and lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline
Sales Execution
Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis with prospects
Present company services and solutions clearly and confidently
Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
Handle negotiations and close deals with clients
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Act as the main point of contact during the pre-sales stage
Ensure a positive client experience from first contact to deal closure
Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of activities in CRM or sales trackers
Track and manage sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue targets
Provide regular updates on sales performance and forecasts
Internal Collaboration
Work closely with the Sales Admin team to ensure proper documentation, proposals, and billing setup
Coordinate with internal teams (accounts, compliance, company secretarial) to ensure smooth handover after deal closure
