Key Responsibilities 🎯

Sales & Service: Create memorable, personalised moments for every guest, from first impression to final purchase.

Store Presentation: Keep displays clean, stocked, and on-brand; restock promptly; assist with visual updates and stay product-savvy.

Operations: Follow and execute day-to-day store operations with care and precision, from POS and cash-handling procedures to returns and exchanges; maintain an orderly sales floor and stockroom.

Brand Ambassador: Embody the VILLA D'ÉTÉ aesthetic in your personal presentation, bringing the spirit of the Côte d'Azur to every client interaction. Represent the brand with poise at in-store events and activations, and contribute to a boutique culture built on warmth, professionalism, and shared pride in what we're building.

Requirements ✅

At least 1–2 years of retail experience, fashion/lifestyle brands preferred

Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in helping customers.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team.

Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high store standards.

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office is a plus.
