Job Responsibilities
Attend and respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
Prepare quotations and follow up closely with customers
Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and project team
Assist in project coordination and scheduling
Maintain good customer relationship and customer service
Assist in problem solving and coordination works
Support sales and marketing activities when required
Prepare simple documents, reports, and records when required
Learn and understand company products and services
Job Requirements
Experience in renovation, interior, furniture, construction, or related industry preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Responsible, organized, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and follow up closely on tasks
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Familiar with WhatsApp communication and simple quotation preparation
Candidates with positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
Training will be provided for suitable candidates
Additional Advantage
Familiar with Canva, social media, or AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.)
Able to read simple drawings or layouts
Experience in coordination or customer service role
