Responsibilities of an SMM Marketer:
• Developing and managing a content plan for social media (Instagram, VK, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube).
• Creating and publishing posts, stories, reels, and short videos.
• Engaging with followers: responding to comments and messages, handling feedback.
• Launching and optimizing targeted advertising campaigns.
• Searching for and collaborating with bloggers and influencers.
• Monitoring trends and promptly integrating them into content.
• Analyzing performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and preparing reports.
• Maintaining the brand’s image and reputation on social media.
Assisting in the development of the company’s overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (preferred, but not always required).
Experience & Skills:
Proven experience managing social media platforms (2–3 years for mid-level).
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).
Understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
Experience with paid ads campaign management.
Creative thinking and strong storytelling ability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Other Requirements:
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
Up-to-date with digital technology and social trends.
Graphic design, video editing, or photography skills (a plus).
